What we’re working on, a week at a time

Once a week we write down one thing we built, found or learned, and link to the whole of it. You can follow along here, in a feed reader (an app that gathers new posts from the sites you follow), or in a letter once a month.

When an artist we work with closed her first gallery show, her own website went on showing the gallery’s prices for twenty days before we changed them. Canonical Presence is what we built so that doesn’t happen again: one record that keeps a business the same on its site, in search and in what AI assistants say about it.

The letter, once a month

On the first Wednesday of each month, the past month’s dispatches in one email, and only when there were some. We send a link to confirm the address first, and every letter has a one-click way out that deletes it.
