Work
If you need software and can’t afford to waste money on it, we build a small, real piece first and show it to you working on a date we agree at the start.
How we work with you
Paid engagementsProduct thinking and software design, in two kinds of work. Everything we bill for is one or the other, and both end on a date.
How it’s priced: by the week. Each week is a fixed price, agreed before it starts, so you know the whole cost up front. No hourly billing and no retainer, and you can stop after any week. The first conversation is free.
The trial
Built to teach us something
A small piece of work that answers one question about your business. Before we start, we write down what we expect to find and what result would tell us we were wrong, then build the smallest thing that could give either answer.
The demo
Built so you can decide
The thing itself, working, that you open and use yourself: any day you want a look, and by the end of every week, with what we learned stated plainly beside it, including what went against us. Then you choose: keep going, change direction, or stop.

What changed for the people we’ve worked with
ProjectsCase study ·
We turn how an art business already works into software that sells for it.
The artist Sara Paula Hoffman kept her prices, galleries and archive in separate places. We brought them into one catalog. Now every priced work shows how its price was reached, and offers go straight to her studio. A work hanging in a show sends buyers to that gallery. Each morning, a check tells her if a gallery has sold a work or changed its price.

A back office for one artist
We built a back office for the artist Sara Paula Hoffman, and now any artist can have its thirteen services. Each of your works is recorded once. Your site, prices, offers, shows, collectors and posts all read from that record.
