The character deck · a game for three to six

Find your three, in the group chat

Start a game, paste the link in your team’s chat, and everyone plays from their own phone. A judge reads a moment of pressure; everyone else plays the trait from their hand that’s most true of you; the judge picks. Ten rounds, about twenty minutes, and the most-picked trait in each family is your character.

Free, and nothing to install. We keep the game only while it’s played: names and cards, no accounts, gone after a day.

How to play

  1. Three to six players, the people who make the company’s decisions. Deal everyone seven white trait cards.

  2. Take turns as judge. The judge reads a black situation card aloud.

  3. Everyone else plays the one trait from their hand that’s most true of the company, face down.

  4. The judge shuffles the plays, reads each into the blank, and picks the truest. The winning trait goes on the table.

  5. Everyone draws back up to seven. Play ten rounds.

  6. The most-picked trait in each family is your three: one for how you think, one for how you make, one for who you serve.

  7. Read each one’s “alone” line aloud. If the other two wouldn’t stop it, play one more round for that family.
