The Digital Studio
Gallery software is built for galleries with many artists. You have one body of work, and everything you do, every show, sale, post and price, hangs off a work in it. So we build it around your work: a catalog of your works at the center, and your site, price sheets, shop and posts made from it.
We built it first for Sara Paula Hoffman, a visual artist, a step at a time, and it runs her studio today. The name is hers, from her own words: “my digital studio.” Paula co-owns it, so when another artist licenses the Digital Studio, part of what they pay goes to her.
01 · How it fits together
Your works at the center
Every work is recorded once: its size, medium, price, where it has hung and who owns it now. That record is the start of a catalogue raisonné, the complete list of an artist’s work. Your website, price sheets, shop and search listings are all made from it. Change a price or a title once, and it changes everywhere.
02 · What it does
Thirteen services, each running for Paula or ready to
Take the ones you need. Each one says when it started for Sara Paula Hoffman, the artist we call Paula, and whether she uses it yet.
In use since July 2026
Your work at its true size
A website that shows every work at its true size beside the others, with a full-screen viewer that zooms on any phone.
For Paula
Replaced her old Webflow site, and every old address still leads to the right page.
Portfolio websiteInstead of Webflow, Squarespace
In use since July 2026
One catalog behind everything
Each work is recorded once, with its size, medium, price and where it has hung. Your site, price sheets, shop feed and search listings are all made from that record, so a price changed there changes everywhere.
For Paula
Replaced her inventory spreadsheet, where 32 of 33 available works had no price.

Who owns your work
People who own one of your works can register it on your site. They choose how the work’s record credits them, such as a private collection in their city, and you get a note when they register.
For Paula
The first owner registered on October 10, 2026, as a private collection in New Orleans.
Provenance registry
In use since August 2026
Prices from your own formula
Your prices come from your own formula, worked out the same way every time: a rate for each inch of size, plus materials, then a markup for framing, placement and care. When a gallery sells a work, its commission is added to that price.
For Paula
Every price on her site shows how it was worked out, and the price sheets she sends galleries come from the same numbers.

Offers first, a cart for the shop
A buyer makes an offer on the work’s page, starting from the asking price, and it reaches you by email. While the work hangs in a gallery show, offers go to that gallery instead. Works in your Facebook and Instagram shop can also be bought at once by card.
For Paula
Offers reach her by email and are kept on a private page. Two works have sold, each through a gallery. Since October 28, 2026, the shop’s works can be bought at once by card, for Meta’s checkout test.

A shop on Facebook and Instagram
Your catalog as a product feed, so your works appear in your Facebook and Instagram shop and lead back to your offer form.
For Paula
Her catalog goes to her shop on Facebook and Instagram each day, and a daily check reads the shop back. Free US shipping on every work since October 28, 2026.

One post a week, approved by you
A post about one work, drafted a week ahead, sent to Facebook, Instagram and your mailing list only after you approve it.
For Paula
A Tuesday post since Tabulated on October 13, 2026, each with her approval; Figure Study was the post for November 3.

Who looks, and at what
Your site counts which works people stop at, zoom into and ask about, without cookies, and emails you a short summary every Monday.
For Paula
Her Monday email lists the week’s visits and the works people looked at longest.

A daily check on works in galleries
Every morning, each work you’ve left with a gallery to sell (on consignment) is checked against that gallery’s own listing: still there, still at the same price, or sold.
For Paula
Checked her works at LeMieux in New Orleans each morning through her show there, and on November 2, 2026, found two still listed on Artsy at the show’s prices after it closed, which she’s now sorting out with the gallery.
Consignment monitoring
In use since October 2026
Shows, calls and deadlines
Every show and open call with its dates, works and fees, and a reminder before each deadline and drop-off.
For Paula
She entered three open calls on October 19, 2026, and NordArt 2027 on October 31; Drawing Discourse is due November 29. The first answer came November 2: Mid-States passed.

What the web says about you
Once a month, the questions people ask about you are put to search engines and AI assistants, and their answers are checked against what you’ve told us is true.
For Paula
It is scheduled for the first of each month, from November 1, 2026, and its first run isn’t confirmed yet; its findings go to her studio page and a first-Monday email.
Reputation monitoring
In use since October 2026
A studio page for your answers
A private page where you answer questions, confirm what we write about you and approve each week’s post.
For Paula
She has answered there on five days since October 4, 2026, most recently November 2, and since October 25 she moves her own calls and shows across its planning board.

03 · How we start
Your works first
We start where Paula did: we record your works once and write down how you price them. Everything else is added a step at a time, the way hers was. Your domain, your prices and your list of buyers stay yours.
They share the digital studio activity, viewer’s interest and enquiries similar to a physical gallery space.
