One post a week, approved by you
A post about one work, drafted a week ahead, sent to Facebook, Instagram and your mailing list only after you approve it.
Just started for Paula since October 2026 · instead of Later, Buffer, Mailchimp
01 · How it works
How it works
Each week, a post about one work is drafted a week ahead and emailed to you. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
Once you do, it’s published on a set day to your Facebook page, your Instagram and your mailing list, with the work pictured on a gallery wall.
Every draft is checked against the things you’ve told us are wrong, so a corrected mistake doesn’t come back.

The whole story is in her case study.
04 · What it doesn’t do
What it doesn’t do
It’s just started for Paula, so there’s nothing yet to say about what it does for sales.
It posts one work a week. It isn’t a content calendar or an ad tool.

What it goes with
- Your own mailing list: A sign-up on your site, confirmed by email, kept in a list that’s yours.
- A shop on Facebook and Instagram: Your catalog as a product feed, so your works appear in your Facebook and Instagram shop and lead back to your offer form.
- A studio page for your answers: A private page where you answer questions, confirm what we write about you and approve each week’s post.
We start with your works and your prices, and add the rest a step at a time. All thirteen services.
